Banner “Convoi Exceptionnel” (fr.: “special convoy”) is required for oversized and heavy transports going through France, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.

The banner is non-reflective and made of flexible material so the banner can be rolled up and stowed away when not in use. Four eyelets and the included straps allow easy mounting to the vehicle.
