When the days are short, winter can bring black ice and snow. In dim light conditions, snow ploughs and gritter lorries are out on duty. While trying to prevent accidents, they can become a safety hazard on the road themselves. A conspiciuous, reflective marking "Winterdienst" (winter road clearance) makes the clearing vehicle more recognisable to other road users.

Reflective film increases visibility in dim winter light

Our vehicle sign "Winterdienst" consists of the high-performance reflective film ORALITE® from Orafol (reflectivity class RA1/A). It withstands temperatures from -56° C to +82° C, as well as scratches and impacts. The film is also resistant to corrosion, solvents and other chemicals like salts and weak acids. Its normal service life is approximately 7 years, if the film is used as intended.

You can choose between four designs, depending on your requirements:

a) the reflective film as self-adhesive sticker for permanent usage
b) the reflective film on an screw-on aluminium composite base
c) the reflective film on a magnetic base (a flexible solution for your needs).
d) the reflective film on a polycarbonate plate with suction cups.
