Return conditions for companies

Are you an entrepreneur and not a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB? Then it is possible for us to take back goods as a gesture of goodwill under the following conditions. 

Please contact us in advance to enquire about taking back goods.

1. right of return:
If we voluntarily take back goods from the customer, this will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the goods. 

2. condition of the returns:
Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. If the goods arrive in a non-saleable condition, a refund is excluded. Damaged goods may be returned to the customer at their expense. If this is not desired, we will dispose of the goods.

3. return costs:
The customer bears the return costs. 

4. refund process:
We endeavour to process returns quickly and smoothly. After receipt and inspection of the returned products, the refund will be made using the original payment method.

5. Exceptions to returns:
Individualised products or custom-made products are excluded from returns.
