General Shipping Information

The minimum order value for orders via the online shop is £5.49 gross (£4.61 net). For orders under £5.49 gross, a small quantity surcharge of £3.99 gross (£3.35 net) applies.

For orders placed by email or telephone, the minimum order value is £11.90 gross (£10.00 net).

Delivery Times

General Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods domestically (Germany) takes place within 1-3 days (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and collection options. In this case, no shipping costs are charged.

For international deliveries, we deliver the goods within 2-8 working days after conclusion of contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Deviations are possible due to customs! Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

Special Cases

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a combined shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

For goods individually designed according to customer requirements, the correction template is created within 1-2 days after conclusion of contract, the execution of design work and delivery of goods within 40 days after approval of the correction template (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

For industrial large enterprises and public institutions, it is generally possible to order on account. (This includes authorities, schools, institutes, academies, federal armed forces, police and fire brigade, hospitals, banks and savings banks)

Credit Check

Please note: We offer purchase on account after successful credit check. We reserve the right to change the payment method to "advance payment/bank transfer" in case of poor creditworthiness or failed credit check and to inform the customer accordingly. Credit reference agency used: SCHUFA

Payment by Credit Card

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of contract.

Payment on Account

When paying on account, the invoice amount must be settled within 30 days. Customers who have selected "invoice" as payment method can transfer the due invoice amount of their order (stating the invoice number and their full name) to the following bank account:
