Cleaning and application instructions for Orafol ORALITE police conspicuity tape VC 110:

Ensure that no mechanical or chemical cleaning agents damage the film surface. Avoid excessive stress caused by high-pressure cleaners.
The material must be applied at an ambient and surface temperature between 10 °C and 28 °C to ensure proper adhesion.
Surfaces must be clean and free from grease, oil and dirt. Before application, clean the substrate using a clean cloth soaked in isopropyl alcohol or a similar cleaning agent.
If air bubbles form under the material, carefully pierce the bubble with a needle and press the air out through the hole using a squeegee.
