Land surveying is an out-of-the-ordinary situation on the road, which can bear some unexpected risks: gadgets or technicians may be on the road, the same applies to the surveyor's vehicle. It is advisable to warn other road users of these works and the potential risks arising from them. The easiest way to do this is to mount our sign "Vermessung" (land surveying) to the rear of the vehicle.

Reflective film improves safety on the road

Since surveying work often takes place at dusk or dawn, as well as in bad weather conditions, our high-quality reflective film ORALITE® from Orafol is the right choice for these kind of vehicle signs. The film's reflectivity is graded RA1/A thanks to its embedded glass beads, which reflect incident light. The sign provides good visibility, even at night.

The alkyd resin finish makes the reflective film highly suitable for the everyday use on the road: The film is resistant to impacts, scratches, solvents and other kinds of chemicals like weak acids, salts and alkalies. Its normal service life is approximately 7 years, if the film is used as intended.

There are four designs available, so you can choose according to your needs:

• self-adhesive film, working like a sticker for permanent usage
• reflective film on an aluminium composite base as a sturdier screw-on solution
• the film on a magnetic base, providing high flexibility
• the film on a polycarbonate plate with suction cups.
