The german standard DIN 67520 regulates the requirements for reflective films for traffic signs and traffic facilities in road and rail traffic. DIN 6171 regulates the colour ranges for surface colours for traffic signs and traffic facilities.
The use of special rights acc. to sec. 35 (6) StVO requires the correct vehicle marking with red/white chevrons.
