DIN 67520
DIN 67520 is titled Retroreflective materials for traffic safety - Minimum photometric requirements for reflective materials and regulates the requirements for 
reflective films for traffic signs | and traffic facilities in road and rail traffic. The DIN also contains a description of the reflective classes and film structures.
DIN 67520 applies to objects in traffic areas such as containers. 
DIN 30710 applies to vehicles. The obligation to mark traffic obstructing objects results from § 32 StVO.
DIN 6171
DIN 6171 "Reflective colours for traffic signs and traffic facilities" regulates the colour ranges for reflective colours of non-retroreflective, retroreflective and fluorescent retroreflective materials for traffic signs and traffic facilities (except for fixed, vertical road traffic signs).
